I’m not a crafty person, but I needed some drawer liners I wouldn’t have to replace every 2 seconds, and I didn’t want to spend very much money for them. After some trial and quite a bit of error, I found out that watercolor paper makes great, inexpensive drawer liners. Just cut to size*, and place in the drawer. Bonus: The liners (and whatever is placed on top) can be custom scented by spraying the paper with perfume or sprinkling them with an essential oil, like lavender.
*I used a tape measure to get the dimensions of the inside of each drawer.
